Function

After 35 Years of pioneering by our founder Ludo Decock, The company Decock Plants 2.0 is making new steps for the future. To continue the growth and achieve our goals we are looking for :

As a cultivation responsible, you are responsible for delivering high-quality plant material to our international customers in accordance with the planning and standards. Daily follow-up, analysis of measurement results and adjustments if needed are your main tasks. Together with the entire team of growers, continuous efforts are being made to optimize cultivation techniques.

A versatile job with crop rotation throughout the year, close contact with our production department.

You communicate with the production manager on daily bases and together with your colleagues cultivation responsible

You instruct and follow up your assistant workers and are member of the daily meeting of cultivation.

You work in a planning of weekend permanence every 4 weeks.

Who are you?

Industrial Engineer Graduation Horticulture or Biotechnology or Bachelor of Agro and Biotechnology Graduation Horticulture or Biotechnology (or equivalent by experience)

• You are able to share responsibility in the cultivation team
• Stress-proof with the ability to find creative solutions for problems
• Motivated and responsible person
• SME mentality
• You are fluent in English
