International laboratory support manager – Huvepharma
Requested: International Laboratory support manager for quality assurance of analysis of Huvepharma® products worldwide.
Tasks: Implementation of assay method in external laboratories, follow up of reference laboratories, installation and training of methods with external laboratories, follow up and support of quality of laboratories. Follow up of reference laboratories and client laboratories worldwide, follow up of compliance of analysis methods in laboratories.
Products-analysis: Phytase, Enzymes, other Feed Additives and Veterinary products.
Goals: Evaluate quality of methods of analysis of Huvepharma® products, establish compliance of methods of analysis in laboratories, follow up of the quality and compliance of methods of analysis and monitoring of analysis values obtained.
Activities: Implementation of enzyme assay methods in laboratories – Laboratory and method checks – Evaluation and interactions about methods in use – Method optimisation, adaptation and description – Transfer and implementation of assay methods at different laboratories (installation and training) – Selection of internal reference materials for assays – Manage and follow up of internal standards for product analysis calibration – Selection of check samples and organising of ring tests – Communication and interaction with laboratories – Support and problem solving – Following reference laboratories analysis at site- support visit of the laboratories – Support of Key-Account client quality control issues – Quality systems and quality assurance – LIM system and laboratory reporting systems.
Experiences: Experience in laboratory environment, quality control and quality assurance. Analysis method background in quality control labs, method validation background, background with international standard methods, Statistical analysis of laboratory data, Communication with laboratory technical and management level specialists worldwide.
Languages: English, Spanish is an advantage.
Educational background: Master level education or equivalent by practical experience.
Traveling: Willing to travel internationally for +/- 50% of working time.
